We’ll cover techniques like knife safety and choosing produce as well as skills like poaching\, sauteing\, and grilling. This class is led by a chef and dietitian\, and emphasizes fresh ingredients\, collaborative preparation\, and a menu that prioritizes enjoyment\, practicality\, and health benefits. All skill levels welcome! \nGood to know: Participants will be provided with all ingredients and appliances needed to prepare and cook a delicious\, complete meal. At the end of the class\, all participants will enjoy their meal together and leave with a copy of the recipe to recreate at home.
