Led by a dietitian and chef\, you’ll leave this class with more confidence to self-manage your glucose levels through practical tips and new recipes. \nIn our “Grain Bowls” class discover how to build delicious\, satisfying grain bowls in this hands-on cooking class focused on simple\, balanced meals that are easy to customize for your dietary needs. Grain bowls combine a base\, vegetables\, protein\, and flavorful toppings into a low carb and high protein meal. This class will foster a relaxed and inclusive social atmosphere\, and we hope to explore the benefits of not only the food on the table\, but of cooking together. \nIn our “Zhuzhed Up Ramen” class we will not only teach you how to say zhuzhed up! This class will focus on giving a pantry staple meal a practical nutrition upgrade\, with little prep or clean-up\, designed to keep you fed\, even when it feels overwhelming. Do low levels of energy impact your ability to cook? Do you struggle with the physical or mental load of meal preparation? Feel overwhelmed by meal planning?
