Resilient Recipies – Join us in the kitchen for a hands-on class tailored for cancer survivors and support persons, where our chef and dietitian will demonstrate a nourishing recipe designed to support recovery and overall well-being. Connect with others who understand your journey as we share nutrition and wellness tips and enjoy a supportive community atmosphere.

In this “Veggie Pasta Bowls” class we will tackle meatless Monday but on Wednesday! Subbing in veggies for meat one day a week is a simple way to increase your intake of plant-based foods, which can support overall well-being and reduce your risk of cancer recurrence. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to create a delicious, protein-rich meal using only plant-based ingredients.

Whether you’re new to plant-based cooking, looking for fresh meal ideas, or not sure how to get more veggies in, this class will provide you with an approachable recipe and technique that you can easily recreate at home.
