Join us for our “Mindful Meals: Mediterranean Baked Salmon” class for a hands-on cooking experience inspired by the MIND diet, featuring science-backed recipes designed to support brain health and healthy aging. The MIND diet combines principles of the Mediterranean and DASH diets, and focuses on foods that may help support cognitive health over time.

You’ll prepare flavorful recipes that incorporate key MIND foods, including fish, vegetables, and olive oil, while learning practical ways to include these ingredients in everyday meals. After cooking, you’ll enjoy what you made while we discuss the benefits of the MIND diet, explore additional foods that support brain health, and share simple strategies for building nourishing, balanced meals.

You’ll leave with recipes, practical nutrition tips, and inspiration to continue incorporating brain-healthy foods at home.
