Make your mornings easier and more delicious with this hands-on Make Ahead Breakfast class! In this class you’ll learn time-saving techniques, smart storage tips, and simple recipes that are freezer-friendly or grab-and-go for busy weekdays. Menu items may include burritos, frittata, overnight oats and burritos.

Whether you’re feeding a family, planning for busy workdays, or simply looking to save some time, you’ll leave with plenty of ideas to make it easy to not skip breakfast!

In Cooking with Confidence, you’ll learn essential skills, discover recipes to recreate at home, and connect with your community through cooking. We’ll cover techniques like knife safety and choosing produce as well as skills like poaching, sautéing, and grilling. This class is led by a chef and dietitian, and emphasizes fresh ingredients, collaborative preparation, and a menu that prioritizes enjoyment, practicality, and health benefits. All skill levels welcome!

Good to know: Participants will be provided with all ingredients and appliances needed to prepare and cook a delicious, complete meal. At the end of the class, all participants will enjoy their meal together and leave with a copy of the recipe to recreate at home. Allergens are listed under each class description, please email us if you have any dietary restrictions. Recipes subject to accommodate seasonal availability and freshness.

Prepare for your class: Wear closed-toed shoes (nonslip preferred) and tie up long hair for safety.
