Whisking up Wellness is a class where you learn healthy eating tips to related to metabolic health and designed to assist with weight management. These classes are modeled off the Culinary Medicine Program at Stanford University and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and are designed to present healthy food choices as delicious, fast, and inexpensive. This class will focus on nutrient dense but lower calorie foods designed to keep you full and satisfied while supporting long-term weight management and chronic disease risk reduction.
During our “Skillet-Roasted Lemon Chicken, Roasted Asparagus & Herb Quinoa” class you will discover a surprisingly simple technique for creating chicken that is perfectly browned on the outside and tender on the inside in this hands-on cooking class. You’ll gain confidence working with simple ingredients while preparing a dish that is both approachable and satisfying.
This class is perfect for anyone looking for easy dinner inspiration, time-saving cooking methods, or reliable recipes to add to their weekly routine. You’ll leave with new kitchen skills, meal ideas, and a delicious one-pan recipe you can recreate at home with ease.

- Participants will be provided with all ingredients and appliances needed to prepare and cook a delicious, complete meal.
- At the end of the class, all participants will enjoy their meal together and leave with a copy of the recipe to recreate at home.
