Connect with others who understand your journey as we share nutrition and wellness tips and enjoy a supportive community atmosphere.
This class will feature a “build-your-own taco” experience that highlights the versatility of the cuisine. Each group will prepare a different filling, ranging from savory proteins and seasoned beans to fresh vegetables, salsas, and creative toppings, offering a variety of flavors for everyone to try.
